Can I lay-by for up to 12 months?

Yes, over a 1-12 month period. Payment plans can be used only for items over $500 or multiple items totalling $500 or more. Lay-bys are only available through the Loviz Arts Gallery.

Can I place orders over the phone?

Yes, I am here to help and can take credit card payments over the phone or send you an invoice with the details to pay directly into my account. You can call me on 0412 305 413

Can I see the products before I buy and where can I see the Original Paintings?

Yes, you can visit my mini gallery. Not all reproductions are available to see in the flesh at the gallery but there are many canvas artworks to view and hundreds of paper prints to buy on the spot. Most of my original paintings are housed at my studio and you can book an appointment with me to see them in the flesh. I recommend viewing the available artworks first here.

Do you send art internationally?

Yes, contact me before purchasing the art so I can quote you on delivery. Collectors are responsible for any fees incurred like VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.

FREIGHT VARIABLES: Shipping is free within Australia, yet deliveries to remote areas and some larger artworks can incur extra charges. If this occurs, we will contact you with a quote for the difference. If you choose not to go with the quoted price, you can organise your own pick up or courier service or we can refund you in full for the order placed.

How long will my purchase take to deliver in Australia?

  • ORIGINAL PAINTINGS Allow 1-2 weeks

  • MERCHANDISE Allow 1-2 weeks

  • METALLIC PAPER PRINTS Allow 1-2 weeks

  • CANVAS PRINTS Allow 3-5 weeks

  • HAND-FINISHED CANVAS PRINT Allow 3-6 weeks

What do I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

Contact me and I will organise a replacement for you.

Do the prices on this website include GST?

GST of 10% is inclusive of the price on the website.

How do I clean my art?

Use a soft bristled brush to dust off the art occasionally, never use any cleaning products or a moist cloth as over time moisture can leave a white film.

How do I hang my art?

Hang your artwork from a strong picture hook that is suited to the weight of the art itself. It needs to be well balanced to control the sometimes heavy weight of the frame, thick paint, or in some cases crystals and backing board. For canvas prints I recommend using two hooks situated approximately one third from each side.
Please consult a professional if you are not confident with hanging it yourself..

Can I place my art in a sunny position?

Keep your artwork out of direct sunlight as it will fade and can permanently damage your painting. You also want to avoid extreme temperature changes in the room that you are housing your art in.
