Shipping Policy

After making a purchase and once the funds have been cleared to our account, we send you the item via Australia Post or the most suitable courier for your area. We use Australia Post or local couriers unless the item(s) is/are outside of their criteria.

FREIGHT VARIABLES: Shipping is free within Australia, yet deliveries to remote areas and some larger artworks can incur extra charges. If this occurs, we will contact you with a quote for the difference. If you choose not to go with the quoted price, you can organise your own pick up or courier service or we can refund you in full for the order placed.

Allow the timeframes below for your Loviz Art products to be delivered:

  • ORIGINAL PAINTINGS Allow 1-2 weeks

  • MERCHANDISE Allow 1-2 weeks

  • METALLIC PAPER PRINTS Allow 1-2 weeks

  • CANVAS PRINTS Allow 3-5 weeks

  • HAND-FINISHED CANVAS PRINT Allow 3-6 weeks

    (These time frames may vary due to circumstances beyond our control).

 

Original Paintings

As each original painting on this website is a one-off piece, we cannot guarantee it’s availability as it may have sold in another venue. We work on a first-come, first-served basis, and if the item has sold through another venue, we will refund your funds immediately or give you the opportunity to receive a credit.

Payment Options & Policy

All payments must clear our account prior to the receipt of shipment of any goods.

The following types of payments are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal or over the telephone. Direct Deposit into our account is also an option.

Pricing Policy

All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% in Australia; for international sales, the GST amount is removed and integrated into the delivery cost. International customers may incur other sales taxes that must be paid by the consumer, where required by law. All prices are subject to change without notice. If any item in your order is affected, you will be notified, and your credit card will not be charged without your approval of the new price.

 

Lay-by Purchase Procedure & Conditions

We offer fee-free lay-by’s over a 1–12 month period. Payment plans can be used only for items over $500.00 or for multiple items totalling $500 or more. Email or call us to see if your desired item is available, and an agreement needs to be signed by you and approved by Loviz Art. We will need a 10% deposit of the total purchase price (including postage and handling, if applicable) to secure the purchase. We will not hold any artwork from sale until a deposit is received; there are no exceptions. From thereafter, you can make weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments within the payment period to complete the sale. Extra or larger payments can be made at any time with no penalty via direct deposit or over the phone via credit card. Once all monies are paid in full, we will ship your purchase to you (conditions apply), or you can arrange to pick it up personally or make another arrangement for its collection. We must be informed of these arrangements in writing before we will release your purchase to a third party.

Cancellation of a lay-by prior to final payment (unless paying in full) will incur 10% of the total sale price as an administration fee. Loviz Art Pty Ltd. retains the right to cancel the lay-by at any time if the following occurs: 1 month elapses with no payment past the due date of the payment, or we are unable to contact you. At this time, Loviz Art Pty Ltd. will put the artwork(s) back for sale, and any remaining monies will be kept as a credit towards the purchase of product(s) and must be claimed within 30 days of cancellation. The 10% administration fee will be recouped within this sale. We do not refund. All goods shall remain the sole property of Loviz Art Pty Ltd. and within its possession until fully paid. No exceptions.

 

Return Policy

ON EXISTING STOCK: If you are not satisfied with your artwork purchased from this website that is in our existing stock range, you may return it in its original condition for any reason within seven days of receiving it (you are liable for all freight and insurance charges for a return). You are then welcome to exchange it for something of the same value or keep a credit with us for a future purchase to be used within 36 months.

 

ON NEW ORDERS: If you are ordering something new that is not in our stock range or ordering a custom-made artwork, then we do not refund or exchange these items, as every order is unique and only ordered upon request or purchase. Loviz Art will only pay shipping costs if an incorrect item was shipped to you or if it is a faulty item. The goods remain the sole responsibility of the original purchaser until Loviz Art Pty Ltd. receives them and deems them to be in their original sale condition. We highly recommend that you register and insure any item to be returned to us for your peace of mind.

 

Vouchers Policy

Loviz Art vouchers can only be redeemed directly through the Loviz Arts website or directly through us. You have 36 months to redeem your voucher. Vouchers must be used in one transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash and will be automatically forfeited. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Vouchers cannot be used in any of the Loviz Arts Gallery Trail venues, but if you like a product from a venue, contact us directly and we can assist you.

 

Gift Registry Policy

Loviz Art Gift Registry is a fee-free service where we collect money from people who have been invited to contribute to a personalised gift registry. Upon completion of the collection, you can spend it on any product(s) directly through us on the Loviz Art website. The monies collected are subject to our general policies for purchasing a product from us; we do not refund, so if there is a cancellation, the money collected up to the date of cancellation will stay with Loviz Art as a credit for you to use within 12 months; it is not redeemable for cash.

 

Privacy Policies - How Personal Information is Used By us

We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information; and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications), payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profiles.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such non-personal and personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support,

  3.  To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

Our company is hosted on the Wix platform. Wix provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix data storage, databases, and general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone, text message, and postal mail. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
