PRICING POLICY All prices include Goods and services tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% in Australia, for international sales the GST amount is removed and integrated into the delivery cost. All prices are subject to change without notice. If any item in your order is affected, You will be notified and your credit card will not be charged without your approval of the new price.
PAYMENT OPTIONS & POLICY All payments must clear to our account prior to receipt or shipment of any goods.
The following types of payment are accepted:

Direct Deposit into our account
Personal, Business cheques (only within Australia)
SHIPPING POLICY We use Australia POST or local couriers as our preferred carriers unless the item(s) is/are outside of their criteria. Some shipping & handling fees are additional on international sales or larger items beyond what is shown on this website & will be quoted to the customer for approval. These additional fees will need to be paid in full before goods are dispatched.
SALE POLICY Canvas & Paper Prints: Upon placing an order, the order will include postage costs or be quoted if applicable. Once the monies have been cleared to our account, we send you the item via Australia Post or Courier within 1-2weeks for Original Paintings, 2-4 weeks Paper Prints and Canvas Prints, 4-8 weeks for Hand Embellished Canvas Prints. (This time frame may vary due to circumstances beyond our control).
PAINTINGS If there is a painting you are interested in you can buy it online or call us directly. Note: We work on a first-come, first-served basis and if the item has sold through another venue we will refund your funds immediately. Once the monies have been paid in full &/or cleared to our account, we send you the Painting, Receipt of Sale & Certificate of Authenticity, via Australia Post or Courier within 1- 2 weeks. Delivery times may vary especially with international purchases.
LAY-BY PURCHASE PROCEDURE & CONDITIONS We do lay-by’s over a 1-12 month period. Payment plans can be used only on items over $500.00 or multiple items totalling $500 or more. Email or call us to see if your desired item is available and a agreement needs to be signed by you & approved by Loviz Art. We will need a 10% deposit of the total purchase price (including postage & handling if applicable) to secure the purchase. We will not hold any artworks from sale until a deposit is received, no exceptions.
From there after, you can make weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments within the payment period to complete the sale. Extra/Larger payments can be made at any time with no penalty via direct deposit or over the phone via credit card. Once all monies are paid in full, we will ship your purchase to you (conditions apply) or you can arrange to pick it up personally or make other arrangement for its collection, we must be informed of these arrangements in writing before we will release your purchase to a third party.
Cancellation of a lay-by prior to final payment (unless Paying in Full) will incur a 10% of the Total Sale Price as a Administration Fee. Loviz Art Pty Ltd retains the right to cancel the lay-by at any time, if the following occurs: 1 months elapse with no payment past the due date of the payment or we are unable to contact you. At this time Loviz Art Pty Ltd will put the Artwork(s) back for sale & any remaining monies will be kept as a credit towards the purchase of product(s) & must be claimed within 30 days of cancellation & the 10% administration fee will be recouped within this sale. We do not refund. All goods shall remain the sole property of Loviz Art Pty Ltd & within its possession until fully paid. No exceptions
RETURN POLICY If you are not satisfied with your painting purchase, you may return it in its original condition for any reason within 14 days of receiving it (you are liable for all freight & insurance charges for a return) and exchange it for something of the same value or keep a credit with us for a future purchase to be used within a one year period. We do not refund. Please choose reproductions, paper, canvas prints, or hand embellished prints, framed or unframed carefully as we do not refund or exchange these items as every order is unique and only ordered upon request/purchase. Loviz Art will only pay shipping costs if an incorrect item was shipped to you. The goods remains the sole responsibility of the original purchaser until it is received by Loviz Art Pty Ltd & deemed to be in its original sale condition. We highly recommend that you register & insure any item to be returned to us for your own piece of mind.
VOUCHERS Loviz Art vouchers can only be redeemed directly through Loviz Art. You can browse the artworks on this website and then contact us by phone or email to use your voucher and collect your product. All vouchers come with a unique voucher number that needs to be quoted as well as the purchasers name. Vouchers must be used in one transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash and will be automatically forfeited. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Vouchers cannot be used in any of the Loviz Arts Gallery Trail venues, but if you like a product from a venue, contact us directly and we will assist.
GIFT REGISTRY Loviz Art gift registry is a fee free service where we collect monies from people who have been invited to contribute to a personalised gift registry. Upon completion of collection you can spend it on any product(s) directly through us on the Loviz Art website. The monies collected are subject to our general policies for purchasing product from us, we do not refund, so if there is a cancellation the money collected up to the date of cancellation will stay with Loviz Art as a credit for you to use within 12 months, it is not redeemable for cash.
PRIVACY Loviz Art does not share your information with anyone at any time for any reason unless prior consent has been given by you in writing YOUR PRIVACY IS ALWAYS RESPECTED. Loviz Art ensures that all personal information is handled sensitively, securely, and in accordance with the National Privacy Principles. So that we can provide services to you, lay-by’s, deliveries, delivery of gifts or competitions, we may ask for personal details such as your name, address, telephone number &/or e-mail address. Privacy law requires us to collect your personal information from you if it is reasonable and practical to do so. Loviz Art takes measures to ensure your personal information is protected from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. We destroy or permanently remove personal information when it is no longer required. The procedures we take vary with the type of information, and how it is collected and stored.
HOW PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED BY US. We do not give your personal information to any marketing groups or anyone outside of Loviz Art. The personal information that we collect is generally used to provide goods or services to you. For example, for a credit card transaction we need your card details, and for a competition we need your contact details so we can contact you if you win. We may also use your personal information in other ways to provide you with superior service. This may include using your personal information to advise you of new products and services or gifts. You have the right to tell us that you do not want us to send information to you other than for the main purpose for which we have collected your personal details. On the initial collection of your information you will normally be asked or to tick a box if you wish to be on the mailing list and always have the option of being removed from the list at any time.
COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USE All of the images on this website are the property of Loviz Art PTY LTD and protected under Australian copyright laws. All images can be shared in digital format for personal use and kept in digital form. No image is to be downloaded and made into a print of any kind on any material. Images cannot be used for any commercial purpose unless authorised in writing by Loviz Art PTY LTD.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
VALID FOR 12 MONTHS You have official access to the membership benefits for this period.
PAYMENTS You authorise Loviz Art Pty Ltd to debit your Credit Card with agreed regular payments or the once off purchase totalling $1300. As you build up your credit you are welcome to use the amount you have accrued at anytime in multiple purchases.
You will be Notified by email or Telephone on completion of your 12 months membership & at this time can elect to have the membership stop. Otherwise Loviz Art Pty Ltd will continue to process your Credit Card until requested to stop & no cancellation fees will apply after the first 12 month has elapsed.
CANCELLATION Cancellation of this membership prior to the minimum term of 12 months (unless Paying in Full) will incur a 10% of the Total Sale Price of the 1 year period as a Administration Fee. Any remaining monies will be kept as a credit towards the purchase of product(s) and must be claimed within 30 days of cancellation of your membership. We do not refund. Loviz Art Pty Ltd retains the right to cancel this membership if the following occurs:
One month elapses with no payment or default.
We are unable to contact you.
If you display offensive or inappropriate behaviour in any Loviz Arts Gallery Trail Venue or at any event(s) held by Loviz Art Pty Ltd.
At this time Loviz Art Pty Ltd will endeavour to contact you via the details supplied above to notify you & fees will be applied to your account as/where applicable.
PAYMENT DETAIL CHANGES It is the members responsibility to inform Loviz Art Pty Ltd of any changes to the details provided prior to a transaction being processed including change of Credit Card and/or its expiry date. If a payment cannot be processed within 7 days after the due date you will also incur a further 10% Administration Fee on top of the payment amount unless other arrangements have been agreed upon beforehand in writing.
MODIFY MEMBERSHIP Loviz Art Pty Ltd retains the right to modify/update this membership bonuses/entitlements, terms and condition at any time, if you do not agree to the changes you may opt out with no fee charges and use the accrued credit amount.
TERMS FOR PURCHASING LOVIZ ART PRODUCTS Our standard website terms and conditions also form part of this agreement when purchasing product with your membership.
HAND TOUCHED ART When purchasing Commissioned artworks & Hand Embellished Canvas Reproductions with your credit. Work will only commence when a 50% non refundable deposit has been paid either in full or as payments, this amount is not transferrable once work has commenced on your artwork or products ordered.
PHOTOGRAPHY We retain the rights to use the photos of you and people associated with you that attend any of the Loviz Arts Membership related activities. Participants consent to Loviz Art Pty Ltd using the participants name, likeness, image and/or voice during the event (including photography, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this event/ Loviz Arts and promoting any services/ products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. Participation in these events is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
LIABILITY Each participant releases from and indemnifies Loviz Arts PTY LTD, Tanya Loviz and anyone working for her from all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of participation in these events including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS Purchasing the membership is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
